Well very large deposits involved, it's why I have 1/4 million in equity and you don't. Have you never heard of maximsing your assets, playing the system, etc
Have you never realised that some of us get ahead of the game in front of others, because we are clued up. And were the knowledge is deficient, we seek and share knowledge with others.
I have no shame in you keep bringing up that thread, feel free to keep doing it. Cut a long story short, it's a very good lesson in how to get a deposit together, get on the ladder and make a mint.
