No Edf cachback at the moment?

I have noticed that on all the cashback/switch sites for energy, edf seems to be noticeably absent from offering any cashback (especially among the big six).

Are there any sites I am unaware of that offer EDF cashback? Or have they totally changed their policy in this regard?

note: I have been looking at single fuel switches so I have not checked their duel fuel switches for cashback.

I think you would have noticed that none of the big 6 offer cashback anymore


you will now only get cashback from uswitch, confused, and some other comparison sites (if they offer any) like £15 single or £30 duel switch


they stopped offering cashback apart from the ones mentioned above a while back due to some rules with ofgem I think

Last year when EDF reported to The Energy and Climate Change Committee, it strongly advocated that Ofgem should set up and run an accredited comparison site funded by the energy suppliers thereby negating the need for referral fees.

From EDF's Submission:

EDF Energy has called on Ofgem to sponsor an independent switching service, similar to that provided by the Australian Government[8]. The service should be available through the internet but, most importantly for vulnerable consumers, also by phone and post. This service should be run on a not for profit basis, paid for by energy suppliers to co-exist alongside commercial sites.
