"We've been continuing to monitor your credit report and are pleased to let you know that over the past month there were no key changes.
This means that during the past month we detected no new accounts were added, certain changes to existing accounts didn't occur nor was any public record information added to your file."
umm wrong!!!!
united utilities have opened a account in my name , this appears on clearscore , but not noddle
this service is the one that "talk talk" gave us after loosing all our data , and is "supposed to protect us after they lostv our data
not impressed !!!

Your 3 credit files are not identical, not every company reports to every credit reference agency so that's why things can show on Clearscore (Equifax) but not Call Credit (Noddle).0

yes I know that , however if you read the statement from noddle
" We've been continuing to monitor your credit report and are pleased to let you know that over the past month there were no key changes."
this is clearly untrue , and should read
"as the smaller of the three reference agencies , the one that nobody reports to , nothing has happened that we can see whilst wearing our blinkers"
this service , the one that normally costs £20 a year was given to us by talk talk to protect us after there %ock up
hell even talk talk don't answer to noddle !!!
its about as much use as a chocolate fireguardSave a Rachael

There have been no changes to your Call Credit report so what Noddle has said is true. Plenty of companies report to Call Credit, I have most of my accounts listed on my Call Credit report. If you really want to monitor all of your credit files then you also need to be checking with Equifax and Experian on a regular basis too.0

however its ironic that after the talk talk hack , they gave the service for free for 12 mths , when they themselves do not report to noddle , neither do virgin group or the major utility companies .
after the initial free 12m period , there will be no need to renew , as any changes that they spot will be shown on their free report.Save a Rachael

There is no need to pay for any monitoring service from any credit agency anyway!. All you need to do is get the free reports from noddle and clearscore and a yearly £2 report from experian. That will provide more than enough peace of mind that everything is correct.0 -
yes I agree with you , however after the talk talk fiasco , they said that the "credit check" facility they were going to give customers for 12 mths was a sure guard way to check that "scammers" had not been at work
in reality , it would pick up on less that 33% of any scams
its TT I am annoyed aboutSave a Rachael

I think it was just all a big show to make it look like they were doing something. In reality it was extremely unlikely anyone would have accounts opened in their name. Noddle probably let them provide the service to their "customers" for little or no cost for publicity and in the hope they will retain customers.
If they were rewlly worried about fraud they could have put Cifas markers on everyone's credit file saying that this customers details have been released online. But I think that would be very popular lol0 -
as popular as talk talk are at renewal time
however if info was released due to a lack of security , and it has ,( phone calls pretending to be from TT and quoting the full name/address and phone number) then CIFAS markers should have been issued , this would then have caused an uproar in the financial circles and TT would have been penalised a lot more, than the "slap on the hand" it gotSave a Rachael
