For the past 6 years I have shared our community group hotmail account with 2 other people. The info going in and out of this account is managed by us all and has worked extremely well.

All of a sudden, I can only presume since outlook come about, only one of us is able to use it. Is there anyway we can solve this problem.

I don't understand, if you all have the login details and password surely all of you can still use it? What is preventing other people from using it?

Perhaps Hotmail has introduced a block so that only one IP address can be logged in at any one time.
so if X is logged in then y from another computer ie IP address cannot also log in.
(just an wild idea....)

I'd best not describe here how having multiple people logging on to one account was how terrorists 'sent' emails to each other without sending them. I'm sure you regulars can guess.
