Building Credit with Aqua

Hello,

I am hoping to get on the property ladder in the next 5 years so alongside saving i have opened an Aqua credit account.

Just a few questions,

1. My statement date is the 19th, can i pay on the 25th in full without getting interest fees?
2. If not can i change my statement date
3. Do you choose your direct debit date?
4. How long does it take for a refund to be shown on account, as the order was canceled seconds after ordering it.

Sorry for the list i am just very anal i guess with payments never been late or underpaid so i wouldn't want to start now

1. Yes, as long as your due date is after the 25th.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. Very shortly after the retailer processes the refund. This may not be particularly soon after you cancel the order with them.

As this will be my first statement on the 19th it doesn't show a payment date yet.

Thank you for your help i think i will just call up and pay every month
