Claiming Payment protection from Barclaycard

Hello all
having just looked at my barclaycard statement i have notice that i have payment protection for unemployment
i was made unemployed in may and was wondering if i could claim back the months that i struggled to whilst unemployed.
im still unemployed at the moment :mad: and planning on claiming tonight or in the morning
any ideas would be helpful
