Still in two minds if I should make an offer tomorrow or hold back, Anyone think rents would drop below £600 pm for a reasonable 1 bed flat in Milton Keynes/Luton/Dunstable or anywhere within 45 to 60 minute commute to London? If a I purchase for about £130k, fix my mortgage for 5 years, surly things can't go too far wrong can they?0

I wouldn't ask an Internet forum whether or not to spend £130k. Rent seems high to me, but it all depends on location, condition and the sort of tenants you attract. You need a business and marketing plan for each property.0
