KendalCalling & TicketLine - stealing money?!

Tier-3 tickets went on sale for the Kendal Calling music festival today - see http://www.kendalcalling.co.uk/tickets

Still show as available, at £130 plus fees.
Tier-4 not yet available.

However, when you click through (& from 9:05am when the link opened), you can ONLY buy Tier-4 tickets from Ticketline (their official - and only - seller).

Ticketline tweeted me to tell me no more Tier-3 tickets, despite first telling me they WERE available.

Seems clear to me they are ripping off ANYONE buying these tickets for the extra fiver, which feels very wrong. They already rip you off for an £8.50 admin fee plus a £3.95 postage fee....but stealing that extra fiver feels somewhat illegal.

Anyone got any thoughts which trading standards to complain to if they ignore my polite request for the £5 to be refunded !?

I know young people may not even realise they have been skimmed (my son has friends who thought they bought Tier-3 tickets...)
