I'm interested in switching my bank account to one with TSB but there are no branches in Northern Ireland, does this mean I can't or shouldn't get an account with them?

Well,You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to apply
I've never been to my branch that it's 10 miles away. However, it's not uncommon for them to ask to show proofs of ID and address in a branch after application.

I don't see anything about sending copies by post.
And if you want to switch for a bonus, has their current offer not expired already?

I'm living in NI. Hasn't been a problem opening an account. You will have to provide proof of ID.0
