Credit voucher issue re, "Green levy."

Following the information given by Martin on last Friday's "This Morning" show, with regard to the issuing of £12.00 credit vouchers to customers, following the withdrawal of the "Green levy", I phoned SSE Airtricity today re. this, & was told that the credit voucher did not apply to Northern Ireland. Can anyone please inform me as to whether this is true or false? Many thanks.
