Best Prepaid Card for Online purchases in foreign currencies?

I am wanting to make some online purchases from sites like alibaba but do not want to use my bank details or card details as I don't fully trust they would be safe. So I was thinking prepaid card would be the way to go as any fraud they can only spend what's on it.
As some of the sites are not in £'s I want one that either has no or low foreign transaction fees.
Pockit appeals as its cheap to get and load but they charge 4% on foreign transactions.
Is there a decent prepaid out there which is free or cheap like pockit to get but has a better foreign transaction fee? Can anyone recommend a good one?
