Sofits and Fascia's, Chimneys, roofer work

Wanted a quote for the following -

Clear both my chimney tops of plants
Put vented flu's on both chimneys
Fit soffits, fascias, guttering, pipes and clips

I have probably 90% of the materials as I bought a load of soffits and fascias etc from a local merchant that went bust.

For the above I have been quoted £500 to do the works and IF we require any extra materials he will advise me on the day as I have a trade point card for B&Q to get the rest.

Does this seem reasonable?.

You don't mention the type of dwelling,access,quantity of soffit,gutter,down pipes,fixings,removing existing and disposal,scaffloding requirement or towers and ladders,duration of work and nr of men required,VAT,will he collect any additional materials,sealing bottom of downpipes,guarentee,area you are in ETC ETC.
Get a written quotation for what he proposes and any omissions for a 100% satisfactory installation.
A method statement on how he will do the works would help.Make sure he has relevant insurance and ask to see previous work so you can ask the property owner for comments.
