Extra Energy - wrong monthly payments?
Does anyone use Extra Energy? I swapped from EDF last year when checking a comparison site. I'm not sure if they are any good and if I'm going to be stuck with them as i'm paying the wrong monthly amount.
EDF payments worked out at £140 per month, Extra Energy are only charging £47 per month. I've been with them 12 months and they have taken meter reading, but have not changed my monthly direct debits.
Any advice would be much appreciated...

Why would you be stuck with them? Read your meters and put aside the appropriate sum.0

If your ONLY EE issue is being charged £47 and not £140 a month your FINE hahahah
They will not BILL you for another 8month anyway, so my advise is too jump ship and runnn for the hills . .

You should be able to find a feedback thread on each energy supplier.
Here is the one for Extra Energy

If you think you can save about 70% by switching supplier, think again!
I suggest you have done something seriously wrong.
Typical savings for average users who are languishing on a supplier's expensive standard variable tariff and therefore paying about £1300 per year is about £350 per year at most.
Extra Energy would have calculated your monthly figure based on 1/12th of your anticipated annual cost. The annual cost is based on the tariff you selected and the other information YOU provided about your usage. Hope you got it right...or at least have been putting the right money aside for when they eventually catch up with you.0
