In regards a mortgage that was taken out in 1996, can anyone confirm whether TSB's "Mortgage Sure", is in effect, PPI?

MPPI is generally considered to be a worthwhile product - particularly during the period where no state assistance would have been provided for nine months if you lost your earned income.
1996 was in that period.0 -
