If I sent all my spam off to these addresses, I'd get nothing else done. Especially as I doubt any of them are actually acted on.

I get loads of these, it's handy knowing where to report it to, but I'm to busy. I don't open many emails, most just get deleted, unless I'm waiting for 1.

Well, I have had 2 of these today: HMRC & Apple store (again)
Is there any point in forwarding them to the addresses mentioned above?

    Sadly no.
However, if your email client has a 'report spam' feature ( gmail has a button), that does have an effect on getting spammers email services blocked. A bit of a broad brush effect, but effective. reporting to those addresses will do nothing useful.
