Noddle downgrading in recent months

Hi everyone,
I know that the credit rating scores are 'meaningless' and it's up to a lender to determine your risk, but I sign up to Noddle and check monthly how things are looking and make sure things are accurate.
When I signed up for Noddle, pre-mortgage, I was rated 5/5 and all looked good. IN the past couple of months I have gone down to 4/5 and this month I'm 3/5 with a 'Credit Score' of 595. No new searches since September last year.
I have two mortgages, and one of these only started showing up from last month - could this be one of the factors? I realised I had some NatWest accounts from before I left the UK, so once I got login information and checked online they started showing on my account (no overdrafts associated and all had balances of 0) but these were closed down immediately. Also, my credit card is nearly maxed out due to massive vets bills, so wondering if the fact I'm there reduces it? Otherwise, havent' applied for any new credit or anything.
Interested to get people's thoughts.....

Having a maxed out card makes you look higher risk.
But other than that, the scores are irrelevant. They're not accurate, but equally they're not consistent.0
