Standing Order to overseas account

Can anyone advise the best option for setting up a method of paying a set amount onto an overseas account. Preferably through a bank account, but, as I understand, not all banks have the facility to set up this type of standing order.

I don't think that any bank offers it, or at lest it's called differently. This is ignoring their high charges and poor FX rates.
However, AFAIK, many currency brokers do, including Transferwise that is very popular here because of the low cost and good FX reates:

Also, for regular small 'transfers' to a person you trust a credit/debit/prepaid card given to this person for AMW withdrawals can be more cost-effective:
