A 'shift' should be done on a TRC , time related charge, currently the price OR would charge the CP is £95.82 + vat going upto £96.11 + vat on 1/4/16 , this includes the visit charge and upto 1 hours work, what the CP charge the end user is upto them, so if £130 is what BT consumer charge, they presumably add about £15 including vat to cover the admin ( contacting OR and billing the end user etc)0

Just do it yourself. Nothing to loose. Worst scenario is you balls it up and they charge you £130 which was what you would have to pay anyway0
