I operate a mail circulation list on on behalf of an organisation and since last November all the Tiscali recipients with a Tiscali email address have had thwir emails biunced back to me with the message "Bounced by Administrator.
Now i have just sent an email to somebiody with a TalkTalk e-mail, address (i know TalkTalk own Tiscali) And that has bounced back with thw same message.

What is happening with this organisation?. Is anybody elae having a similar problem with them? . Nobody I know can suggest how to get this problem resolved. The emails are going out in a group circulation list with all thw addressees blind copied . Have these organisations suddenly changed their spam filtering mechanisms?

Any suggestions please?

These two orgsnisations are becomng sn increasing nightmare. Now all my Emails to TalkTalk users are being rejected back with the same message as Tiscali users, ie 'bounced by Administrstor". It's not even possible to let the recipients know some of the emails they've signed up arn't getting through. How can businesses survive if customers are ordering items or have sales queries which are not reaching them?

Is there a technical ombudsman or a Technical Standards institution of some kind one can complain to?

There probably is an ombudsman and there is www.ofcom.org.uk but for both you have to have exhausted the organisation's own complaints procedure first.

    Hi Primrose,

I am sorry to hear this. Which email domain are you using when the emails are bounced back?
We are aware of some issues with the email service at the moment. More information about this is available here

    Thanks

I am using Plusnet. All my emails to Tiscali users started bouncing back around last November and that situation has not changed Yesterday all my TalkTalk email recipients suffered a similar fate. The emails all go out on a bulk circulation list with every recipient being "blind copied" to prevent their email addresses getting into the public domain. I wondered if Tiscali and TalkTalk are now regarding all such emails as Spam and blocking them for this reason, despite this being considered safe protocol for bulk email circulation lists.

My technical advisor is tearing his hair out and cannot resolve the issue. He has many other customers in the same position. He is now advising all Tiscali and TalkTalk customers to move to another provider.
