Anyone know a good free video downloader like Freemake but without the tricky extra options where you have to click yes or no but still end up downloading some "Antivirus or addon junk whether you click yes or no to the options
Thankyou in advance

Well I have now downloaded freemake using custom install ie clicking custom install and theres no AVG which is good but it did install the Baidu browser which I think is the Chinese version of Google and I may try it out or delete it, also watching youtube on Baidu noticed an option to " download this online source" so maybe Baidu is usefullLet them eat cake (Marie Antoinette 1765)0

You need to choose advanced install on a lot of stuff these days.
Freemake does make it clear it will change your settings, but it should NOT have those options ticked automatically.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Clipconverter is another online one that is simple to use with no need to opt out of stuff etc.

I'd add Keepvid to the list, another website based download method that currently supports over 30 sites, plenty of options when it comes to file type and resolution.
