EPOA Savings Accounts

Hi
I have recently got enduring power of attorney for my father. He has his savings in ING but they will not accept POA transactions, also I am trying to get a more favourable account.
I applied to Icesave but they too will not accept POA transactions.
Anyone know of a 'decent' savings account for only £6000 that I could use that accepts POA?
Cheers.

According to its website, Icesave will open accounts under Power of Attorney.
