Problem switching

Hi
I am an existing BG dual fuel user wanting to switch using the cheap energy club form. As I have only lived at my present address for a year and a half they want my previous address. Unfortunately they don't recognise it ( I was a residential school caretaker) and I can not proceed with the request. I don't want to miss out and I can not find any contact details for help. Any advice please?

Hi Dave - as an existing British Gas customer, you can simply enter that you've been in your property for 3 years.

This section is used by British Gas for its credit check, but given it already supplies you it doesn't carry out the check.
