Hello
I bought YNAB nearly a year ago via Steam to get a discount on it. However I keep having problems with Steam clogging up my PC, repeatedly asking for passwords and now not working properly to reset my password so I can't even use YNAB and my budget is being messed up!! I wish I had bought from YNAB direct as it is not worth the hassle and want to ask for a refund and buy from YNAB instead. They have no support (Steam) no phone number just an annoying forum where people have to sort out their own problems or live with it. There is no access to any help when things go wrong!! Can anyone help? I've tried reinstalling steam but have simply forgotten my username and password and even when I did get through using a code I still couldn't open YNAB. The whole system is a mess.

I've sorted it out now. It only took 1.5 hours. I think it may be to do with settings on my pc and I had to re-install Steam. It isn't all that straightforward but I've switched password to something I will remember too.0
