PPI cancelled - can I still reclaim

I am absolutely sure that PPI I had on a loan was mid sold but at the time I had the loan I cancelled the PPI in order to reduce my monthly payment. Can I still re claim and if so would I only be owed what I paid prior to cancelling the policy? Many thanks

What year was this?.
How much of the PPI did you actually pay?.
When you cancelled the PPI did they re-do the loan?.0 -
It was around 15 years ago that I had the loan. I don't recall how long I had the PPI part or how much I paid but guess it was a few months into the loan before I cancelled it.
I was working for the financial institute at the time and was told by my boss that I had to have PPI in order to be accepted for the loan.0 -
I doubt the bank will have any info from that far back, give them a call and ask.0
