Experience Days Competition

No purchase necessary. In order to enter, participants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Cartridge People. Should entrants decide that they no longer wish to receive emails from Cartridge People, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by following the unsubscribe link on the current news letter/ email.

Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over except employees and families of Cartridge People, Higham & Higham Ltd, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.

The winners will be notified by email within ten days of the closing date. The prize draw winners will be the first 50 entries randomly drawn by an independent observer.

Prize:
1.The voucher entitles the recipient to a Discover Experience as detailed on their voucher.
2.All Discover Experiences are subject to availability and many are weather dependent.
3.The validity date shown is the date by which your Experience must have been taken. Closing date for receipt of completed claim forms is 31st May 2008.
4.Where there is a cancellation due to the weather re-bookings are offered. In the event there is an illness or mechanical failure Landround Travel Limited or the supplier will contact you as soon as possible and a substitution or re-booking will be offered.
5.Bookings should be made at least 30 days in advance. Longer periods may be required to secure weekend or peak seasons. Bookings should be re-confirmed directly with the venue 48 hours in advance of your session.
6.Once your booking is made cancellations or amendments by you may incur charges.
7.Landround Travel Limited and the promoter reserve the right to select the supplier and cannot be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of an Experience by any third party.
8.The booking instructions and ‘How to claim’ and all other information stated within this document form part of the terms and conditions of the offer.
9.The supplier reserves the right to make changes to the experiences without notice. However, where reasonably practicable the supplier will give as much notice as possible.
10.Only one voucher may be used per booking.
11.Session lengths are given as an approximate guide only. Some waiting time may be involved.
12.Certain Discover Experiences have specific health, age, weight and competency requirements.
13.Internet access is required to obtain full details of your Discover Experiences.
14.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
15.The voucher is not transferable and cannot be resold.
16.Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
17.This offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
18.If necessary Landround may vary these terms and conditions and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as reasonably possible. Any variations will not affect any confirmed bookings.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of Cartridge People shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part.

Cartridge People shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on any Cartridge People website. The prize-winners may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

The prize-winners will be awarded on a fair and random basis and all prizes have been made available for distribution. Details of the prize-winners can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope 14 days after the closing date to the address below.
