Hello everyone
I had a search and on the forums already but came up empty handed.
I was contacted by the guys a Gordon Lockwood, long story short, they say I'm due a refund from mis-selled PBAs. Does anyone have any experience with them, good or bad, I'm not sure whether to pursue this claim with them or not.
On their website they do say If we are successful with your case, you will be charged a fee of 39% (inclusive of VAT where applicable) of the value of the settlement. Ii guess 39% or something is better than 100% or nothing, right?
Thanks in advance

Well, that is not a good start. That is a misrepresentation and a breach of their rules. You are not owed anything. That is not how it works.Ii guess 39% or something is better than 100% or nothing, right?
You so realise that the extent of their work is putting a stamp on an envelope containing your complaint letter. About 5 minutes work in total.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
