Hello! After any opinions on a quote I have had from safestyle, for two windows. Roughly 90cm x 180cm in height, for their A efficiency windows, I've been quoted 800. How does this sound??
Any thoughts appreciated :-)

Use a recommended local company.0

I only chose a larger company because I wanted the finance option....0

HI, before two weeks I've changed 3 windows that size for 8000

Also, I know this is probably really naive but the guy filled me with loads of figures/stats etc about how the quality of the windows would be so much better/argon filled etc and local firms wouldn't have the same energy saving windows - is this a load of rubbish?0

Not dissing the OP's financial circumstances but I would put the repayment figure into an account every month (or even in a safe place in your property)and when sufficient funds have accrued get a recommended local installer in for cash.0

No, I can see how this makes sense. The guy just had me a bit convinced that I might not get a good value window of the same standard at a smaller company, I want to make sure I do as my house is freezing atm.0

Thats an ok quote for safestyle . Did they start at 800 . Any openers . As said your 6ft is the height so probably toughened glass in this . It can possibly be done cheaper but if you're looking for windows on the drip . Thats not bad . hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0
