ISA interest 2016/17 tax year

Just been watching Martins TV program on the new savings tax scheme from next April.
We now have a tax free savings allowance, so when we add up the savings interest at the end of the tax year, do we have to include interest from ISA accounts, or do they still retain their full free / non declarable status ?
thanks
