MINT PPI Claim

I've now just written my 3rd letter to a company called Paragon personal finance who seem to have taken over the royal bank of scotland operations who issued the mint credit cards originally. In their 2nd letter to me they have requested the same information that was sent from me to them in my 1st letter namely, account number, full name, DOB, current and previous addresses. I've even sent them a copy of a credit card statement and they still say in their letter that "we are unable to locate your account on our system". Can anyone enlighten me as to what is going on? Thanks

If you closed your account before it migrated, then your personal data may well not have been moved across.
Have you tried raising the matter with RBS?0 -
Thanks, my original letter was to RBS, they must have then sent it onto Paragon Personal Finance. Would you suggest that I go back to RBS then?0

If you only ever had an account with RBS, I would be inclined to ask FOS to look at it.
Expect a long wait, though.0
