New Credit Card To Improve Credit Score?

in Credit cards
I currently have a 624 credit score and have 4 credit cards. I purchase and pay them off. I'm trying to get as close to 700 as I can so I can get a home. Will it do me any good to get another credit card? I already have 4 and I'm not sure if that would help. Thanks

Your other post suggests you are talking about the US credit scoring system?
Please could you clarify whether this is the case as any advice we give regarding UK credit reference agencies might not be relevant to the US system0 -
In UK any new card on the top of 4 is likely to make things worse only, not better. Any new card instead of an existing one won't change anything.0

Hi, 624 is an average score in the credit score chart, but that is probably because you seem to be spending more month on month.
It’s okay that you can pay off your monthly credit card installment on time, but people in banking are always in a bit of trepidation about your spending.
You can improve your credit score perhaps by getting a new secured credit card instead of a normal credit card.
Pay a deposit upfront for this secured credit card and bolster bankers’ confidence in you.
Your credit score should improve in 6 months this way!0 -

Calling spam on this one, particularly as it seems to be a carbon copy of a post earlier this morning from another new member, now banned.0
