Daily comps

I don't see what the problem is Jambo and why there is a need for this thread. As far as I know, Liz D updates the dailies and firefly adds these mostly along with a few other posters.

How does it effect you? I've already said in the thread in question that it helps me and other people have now said on this thread that it helps them so why make an issue of it?

People who are subscribed to the dailies appreciate it, as do end date compers like myself. There's no argument to change it.

Other comp websites have Closing Today or Today Only threads so this method actually saves an extra thread.

I appreciate your help on the boards, Jambo and am thankful for all your contribute but I don't think firefly is doing anything wrong.

I've often wondered that myself and agree with you, it doesn't.
Maybe the Daily thread should be renamed 'multiple entries' or something similar.

Tbh it's a question I've often wanted to ask but didn't have the nerve to because you get attacked. In fact I rarely post now because of that issue. I appreciate everything people on the board do, not just posting the comps but keeping everything tidy and running smoothly, but it does seem to be a bit of a club now.
