Have HSBC Livecash & Rightrack been removed?

They seem to come up with Mysavings now instead of the above.
My livecash account is unaffected, but I should be going to rightrack now.

My daughter has a LiveCash account. We've been told that that and RightTrack (was that the 16-18 one?) has now been replaced by MyMoney which goes from 11-18 and is probably better because it has an attached savings account. They said when she's 16 her account will automatically be changed to MyMoney, so that's probably what's happened to you. They could write and inform people though!

By the way, you should really have posted this in the Budgeting and Current Accounts section, this is the Credit card section!

Do I need to contact HSBC as my card is with 3% Livecash, and now it could be with 5.7% MyMoney,
That would be better for me!

I didn't realise the interest rates were different. The sneaky devils - leaving kids with 3% when they could be getting more! They told me in the branch to just leave it. Yeah, I'd get on the phone to them if I were you, and I'll get my daughter to do the same!

Opened a mysavings when it was quiet, as savings, but I have to transfer to livecash to spend. Will phone them asap.

I'm sure Livecash is 3%.
MyMoney is 5.75% (Cheeky devils!) as you say a letter would be nice.

The MyMoney account consists of two accounts the MySavings savings account and the MyAccount current account. The interest rate advertised 5.00% AER is only for the MySavings savings account, the interest rate for the MyAccount current account is hard to find but out but it is only 0.10% AER so if you already have a livecash account it's not worth switching you'll be getting less interest on your current account about 3% down to 0.1%!
