No - you can end your listing early (as long as there's more than 12 hours to go, and as long as there are no bids on it), but you still have to pay the listing fee.
If you've just made a mistake in the listing, you can always edit it.0 -

You can only edit it if there are no bids on it (you could always cancel the existing bids, then edit it, but don't expect your bidders to bid again with emailing them first to explain the situation).0
