I'm chuffed to bits with my hair. I've managed to keep a bit more length than I thought and she managed to make it appear thicker than it actually is. Not sure I'll be able to recreate that myself though when I have to style it.
Is it bin day for you? We've had a leaflet telling us we have to start paying to have the green bins emptied   I compost the vast majority of my garden waste but I still have 2 full bins right through the summer as I can't compost absolutely everything. I think I'm going to be forced to pay but I will only be using one bin as it would be £55 for both
We have always had to pay if we want organic waste taking away. You have to pay for the green bin/sacks, pay for it to be taken away, then you still have to buy the compost if you want it:eek:
Needless to say I have a very large compost bin. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

We don't pay anything. Black bin, green bin (garden waste), brown bin (recyclables), paper bin. :T Many thanks, brilliant solution - sent Mum off to buy a door bell. Arg0s £5.99 - but did she buy that? No - bought one from a local shop for £22.99 :eek::eek:
Had the battle today of Dad wanting the powered chair & my Mum resisting, he is meant to have one supplied by NHS - Got Mum to ring & it will be 18 weeks before he is even assessed for one. Dad said he would be dead by then - having to be parked all the time :rotfl:
He also wants a stair climber (takes a wheel chair up stairs) so he can get to TV, loo, kitchen etc
Anyway we then rang a local mobility company & asked if they supplied power chairs..
Lovely man, coming tomorrow with a red powered chair for Dad to try, also a ramp to get to TV, and will discuss stair climbers - £400 cash :T:T & can sell it back before 6 months too
Today I've done stuff that nurses & carers do as part of their jobs:p:p feeling proud

A's, on the end of the baby isle in mine and just had cashback approved on CoS.
Note our A's have a habit of sneakily putting full price lines on the "reduced" rack too... sneaky:mad:0
