Do we have any ideas as to when the Morrisons £2.50 price on the meal deal might be picked up on the APG's ? I see the new price is now appearing on the Morrisons website.

Anytime from about 10am on Tuesday (I do not expect it to be that early and it would be exceptional if it was) until late Wednesday afternoon. I would be inclined to wait until Wednesday evening until I shopped or even Thursday morning:eek:, but that's because of an experience in the past where, despite waiting until I shopped, I still managed to shop before the prices had been updated. However, post me lots of wombles, from shops done throughout Tuesday, as I'm not going out anywhere today, and I'll soon hopefully be able to spot if we have moved to a new price collection.

We've had shops done on Tuesdays, even Tuesday evenings, fail before against M because the M prices didn't update until Wednesday - and the Tuesday shopping still failed even if we waited several days after shopping before we then first checked the receipt.

Unless A withdraw their meal deal offer - which I think we would probably get one day's notice of as the fact that the offer exists would disappear from the product pages online - then I think it's a case of don't worry, it's not going to go anywhere. I believe just sit and wait for it - I reckon the M price will get picked up in due course. There's no rush - it's not going to change. It'll get into the system - and be very good to go (the only thing that could upset is A if they :eek:pull the meal deal offer. Just don't speak:silenced:).

That's correct Savvy and reduced to £8 instore.

Of course it's correct - I just didn't want people to be confused into thinking M was better than W on the other version simply when more of the version that compared against M were bought!

I don't know if the M comp. might change. Of course, I didn't collect any prices of 56 dishwasher tablets on Monday:o:o:o. Got several other, random ones - but not 56 because I was looking for £6 or below on those:rotfl:. So, I've no idea and of course they are not on msm:mad: (told you I just can't rely on that being any backstop for me). Mind you, the other problem is that my main M store often shows full price on dishwasher tablets even when they are on offer:mad::mad: - real nuisance that one, having to take them every time to a second store even if I note down the prices of dw tabs from the first. So, with all the other issues from earlier on, I can be forgiven for not stopping to do all that.

I think best going vs W on the version that works against there, until I can check on Wednesday and actually do a proper job next time in M.

Just to confuse you, I have now crossed out many of the M price expiring items from the Avs M part of the M list, even though I have still left the bold items on there when they are new for last time and not for this! The Chicago Takeaway price however is bold from this time. I've got rid of a couple of items for potential Tvs M as I believe TBG updates its prices sooner - however I can't guarantee I've crossed or got rid of everything expired just yet. I've also left some items on although I will need to check them elsewhere later. Basically, it's in a state of transition. (I would have said it's all up in the air, but to be fair it's not - it's mostly still fairly useful.)

I will now leave and have an early night (for me:rotfl:) and hopefully come back a little earlier (still well into the day though:rotfl:) today to update it properly.

    See you later:wave:.

It is not the name I find crude, it is the language which you use to describe what you plan to do with her that I find crude. She is your wife. Have more respect for her.

    Luckily I don't think she's his wife :rotfl: just a victim :D:D:D
