  • Just a couple of things about the supposed wonky veg glitch on HUKD..
    1. There has been no proof of the discount provided at all
    2. Only the OP has got any in the last 24 hours, despite probably loads of people on hukd, mse, 10Ways and all the FB groups looking for them
    3. If they cost the OP £1, the discount must have been for £9.50 ((£3.50 x 3) - £1.00). When was the last time you saw a £9.50 discount in a cat food offer?

Think I'll sit this one out..:rotfl:

if the cat food offer was 3 for £1 any amount of discount would come off to make it £1 (remember the thatchers glitch in tesco, when a box was about £8 or 3 for £5. a box was mistakenly put in the single bottle offer) that said i searched asda.com for a 3 for £1 catfood offer. cant find one. so im with you on this one think ill sit it out as well

    Hi all

just to say just went on a hunt for the wonky veg & the stores it said it was in ...well it wasnt ,do u think its a wind up maybe ,as no proof to say it isnt ,anyway if your in crdiff ive looked and no luck x

I don't think I've seen them in my stores either tbh, even though they are on the list.

    Strange different priced yogurts:
    1x Activia Yogurt Rhubarb (4X125G) £1.98 £1.50
    1x Activia Yogurt Fruit Layer Prune (4X125G) £2.18 £1.50

They are showing £1.50 each for everywhere else, although S, M and W require two to be bought as they are on mbuy there. Quite expensive mbuy:rotfl: - my price on these is preferably below £1, although in fact some 8 pack versions have gone to straight £1.50s elsewhere before so really should be 75p. There's no glitch currently as they bought both of them each at the full prices as stated! They are expensive single price in A at the moment so may be soon to slip onto an mbuy?

Makes up for my own shopping not getting at least half back:rotfl:. Though their shopping was still 'cheapest' at A despite the yogurts:(. I can confirm that the Penguin original 8 pack and many of the Go Ahead! Crispy Slices are picking up M at 67p. Sadly so little in 10% as M is so cheap:rotfl:. All of the Crispy Slices apart from Raspberry, and the only reason I can't confirm Raspberry is that I didn't buy it - I had enough other items already - so it probably does work.

The Penguin - I only bought the Original, but the Mint and the Orange should work too. But not Toffee as I believe M do not have that one. I notice T recently went up to £3.99 on the 24 pack original - you could try Tvs M at £2 on that; however M's price on that works out more expensive without any 10% - Avs M on 8 pack with 10% is cheaper. Also T were £1.99 (on the 24) so it would work out, if it worked, at paying them 1p more that they were before - and now you'd have to buy 9 other different items that don't lose money against M.

So, the three Penguin 8 packs - are they about the same price as SP Chocolate bars? It's not worthwhile trying to find an invisible trigger in the 2 for £2 mbuy as the APG would work out worse. It would be better if they came out of the mbuy entirely online - I did wait a day to see if they'd come out today, I doubt they'll change tomorrow (now I've bought one, watch them do so:rotfl:) - I think this is a long-standing mbuy and it is likely to remain - M's offer is only supposed to be on until 23rd February so I doubt if they ever come out of A's mbuy they'll come out that soon+2 days! I missed the A mbuy today so as to help my APG.
