This clearly missed Wednesday's price collection. Due to the fact they went on offer in M afterwards - I myself only picked it up instore on Saturday (which is completely irrelevant - that happened to be an 'extra items' collection by myself, additional to the normal ones - and there is no price collection on that day). The earliest collection this could appear on is Monday 15th February. This will then take one or two days before whatever information they have reaches the APG. The shop done on 13th February, IMO, was bound to fail.
