afternoon all, I have a mass of things to tell you about on my
To Do list but I've run out of day.

Scottish Power sent me a reminder so its all of their fault.

I am coming to the end of my fixed tem contract so I've got to go through the very tedious price comparison websites - its exhausting.
For switching I can only get £18.52 max through cashback as we only have electric.

I did a few comparisons and one supplier came up a few times, something called I-supply energy IFix march 2017 - I really don't want to go to a company I've never heard of.

the unit costs for both the day and night rate though were lower than what I am paying now so I've messaged Scottish Power to see if they will match or improve on this rate.

Its got to be worth a try.

Has anyone done this and had any success - rung or emailed their current supplier and managed to get a better or at least a matched deal?

we only pay between £60 and £70 a month so I am not expecting spectacular savings - I keep a very close eye on our bills and do metre readings every month and we have been in credit every month almost so I hope that they will at least make an effort to keep me :D.
