Bubbs, sorry to hear the news. Hope the chemo can do some good and reduce pain. Is there a chance that chemo could reduce tumors enough to operate?

Possible GC opps: Lyle's Golden Syrup Baking Bottle (600g) was £1, now £1.88; Dolmio Original Lasagne Meal Kit - 4 Person (807g) £3.98, now £4.00. Both against Morrisons much cheaper.

Also :(I think we must have missed a glitch a few weeks ago - unless we did manage to get it - on the Crunchy Nut Cereal Bars. Was £2/£2.19 and 2 for £3 but the 2 for £3 is no longer online. Longshot are they still 2 for £3 instore; however it appears they have come off that mbuy a few weeks ago. I note they are showing everywhere that has a price on msm at full price and M at "---". However, M is £1 each on both of them. Will people - who are doing extremely good jobs with the numerous glitches we have got:T:T - if msm is showing everywhere at full price and M at "---" and it looks like it is no good, check my list as you could well find the item on there at a very good price! Don't assume that, just because it looks like there are no good comparisons, that there isn't one. (So, if you get "it's no good" from msm (and it's got M at "---"), don't just leave it at that - go and check my list to see if there may be a comparison.) Thank you!

Do you have a waitrose nearby?

Our nearest one is about 15/20min drive in a direction I never go in. Thanks anyway, I See they have the Pepsi Max on 2 for 1.

ASDA Pickled Onions in Spirit Vinegar (440g)

I think these are still Smartprice aren't they? Despite the change in description on asda.com (and even though they now say "Asda Pickled Onions" on the label according to the picture above). I note some products appear without the word "Smartprice" on the comparisons nowadays but do still compare against the "Value" range elsewhere. I think this might not compare against Sainsbury's and Waitrose after all and should still compare against Morrisons. I noticed that for example Smartprice Bread is now called Baker's Selection Bread and that Smartprice Apple Pies are also called Baker's Selection Apple Pies on the packaging - they are still treated as Smartprice and remain at "Smartprice" prices - I hope this does not mean they are moving to standard range and will become non-comparable.

I know generally people get confused by a lot of things and most people seem not to understand the technicalities that I do. However, I wish they would not remove the word "Smartprice" even if the product still remains that - because, for me, this is the area I have to get my head around - it doesn't come natural linking "Asda" to "Morrisons Savers" and having some "Asda" that are really still Smartprice and I have to think to link to M Savers and other "Asda" that are Chosen by You that do not compare against M Savers. I now have to remember which is which:rotfl:.
