How to replace a re-circulation pump

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me the process for replacing a circulation pump?
You can see a picture of my existing pump here:

The main problem I have is with the big nuts at either end of the pump. Do I need to use two wrenches for this? Or just one? And which nut to I undo?

looks like you have isolator taps either side that you should shut first to stop water shooting out , then undo the nut nearest the bottom of the pump and the one nearest the pump at the top (you can see where the threads are in the picture below)
