Refund of online learning year 2 fee

Signed nephew up to 4 A-levels via online
learning firm cloudlearn in sept 2015.
Got discount for 4 instead of 2 so it was
about £1,500; but tutor advised freezing
2 subjects to do next academic year.

Limited support from tutor, albeit
nephews probably not asked for much, and
now he's decided to stop the course as
its not working for him, and has signed
up for 6th form school in Sept 2016.

Asked firm for refund for the 2 frozen
unused subjects, but they say no.
Nothing in terms and conditions to help
that I can see, given the amount of
elapsed time. Guess we're relying on
their goodwill, which seems to be
lacking!

Can anybody think of anything to help
persuade them of giving a partial refund?

Is this a poem? It doesn't rhyme!

I could ask my friends crazy john, and mad mike to go and have a word. They are good at persuading

My thought was blank verse, but not all the lines have iambic pentameter. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blank_verse

To the OP - I think you're on a hiding to nothing. You paid up-front for a service, and now your nephew doesn't want it. There's nothing in it for them to give you a refund.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

I thought it was a haiku at first.

    Sadly it isn't.

Why would you sign up your nephew and pay that amount when he would get these for free?
