Gatwick parking next weekend HELP!

Hello all,

I'd appreciate some help as I've left my airport parking booking right till the last minute, stupidly thinking it might get cheaper but it hasn't!

We're flying from Gatwick on 8th Sept (arriving around 9am), returning around 8am on the 23rd so effectively 15 days. We really would prefer to be onairport as we have 2 small children and landing after flying all night, we won't want to have to sit on a long coach transfer if we can help it.

The cheapest I have found is £115 and that seems so high!

Can anyone find anything cheaper? I seem to be seeing the same prices no matter what discount codes I try.

I regularly use Tudor Rose, its valet parking so you can drive right up to the terminal and cheaper than most alternatives.

You've already had advice about alternative parking, but I'd just like to comment on this:

I was looking for 3 weeks car parking at Gatwick for February 2007 and kept checking the prices for quite a few months prior to that.
To my horror, I found the same as you.
The price actually increased nearer to my departure date.

Learned my lesson from that.

I usually use http://www.holidayextras.co.uk/ to book our car parking.
You can get some 'special' deals that are quite a bit cheaper than parking at the same place for the same period, but you can't change any part of the booking.

We like Parking Express as they are very close to the airports and you don't need to 'book in'. You just park your car and make your way to the nearest bus stop.
We find the buses on return are very frequent.
