2nd job. Csa payments

Thank you for your reply. I'm glad I'm not the only one that it has happened to. I do think about going through csa but I always tend to not bother. I try to be as hassle free as possible and maybe she knows this and plays on it by demanding extra and threatening me with not seeing them unless I take her to court. Which she knows I'm not financialy capable of

The CSA is no longer used and it's now the CMS and to make a claim. They first have to speak to the CMO who apparently advise that volentary arrangements are best and then if they proceed with the claim it will cost them a £20 fee. After all that they will get less money!. So don't be bullied into paying what you can't afford.
But if you do pay extra then just say you want proof of where the money goes.0 -
OP if your paying extra for after school activities why don't you contact the school and find out the exact cost and both of you slipt that 50/50?It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0

also make sure you have receipts for the payments, dont do cash, do a standing order or similar0
