I recently found i had PPI on both my EGG and Barclay card.
I submitted any application online via there site , and had a reply for both claim's saying they feel the ppi was sold fairly, but i feel it wasn't as my egg card application was done online in 2003, i didn't even realize i had it till reticently.
Do i accept there decision or peruse if further ?

Unless the PPI was bought during a period where they knew they had pre-ticked boxes (aka "opt-out") or where the wording was such that it was misleading you into taking it, unfortunately if you applied online then you "miss-bought" rather than being "miss-sold" that is to say nobody sold you anything as there were no bank staff present ergo you can't be miss-sold
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
