Help! Parking Eye POPLA appeal unsuccessful

Hello,
My POPLA appeal against Parking Eye has just been deemed unsuccessful.
My ground for appeal was that I was not the driver of the vehicle. POPLA have refused it because Parking Eye have provided evidence that they pursue me as the keeper of the vehicle.
So what should I do next?!
I could have won on the basis of genuine pre-estimate of loss but I found out about it too late. They charged my partner £80 for 20 minutes because he was trying to pay through their stupid site that was down at the time! We have proof that he attempted to pay at the time he was charged but it didn't work when I appealed with Parking Eye initially. They are basically ripping people off!
Could you please help?
Thank you

Get the landowner/retailer to cancel. If a Supermarket it's pretty easy but VERY urgent before PE sue you.
Not Morrisons was it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
While you're complaining to the landowner, you could also write to ParkingEye to provide them with the name and serviceable address of the driver (i.e. your partner).
So long as the charge arose from ANPR cameras (most likely with ParkingEye) rather than a windscreen ticket and as long as you notify ParkingEye before they begin proceedings to recover the unpaid parking charges from you, they will no longer have the right to pursue you as keeper.
Instead, they will have to reissue the charge to your partner as a Notice to Driver and the appeal process will reset itself.
This will give you and your partner breathing space to work out how to beat ParkingEye second time around (with help from this Forum) if you have no joy in getting the landowner to cancel.0
