    Mornin, Great news heard from two creditors , they,ve accepted my offer of £20 a month . So i should be able to manage untill my situation improves. They have both offered 75% settlement , whenl I get a lump sum next year i will hold out for 50 % . Here,s to a better end of year !!! colin

    Sorry for asking Stapely but what did they accept the £20 per month offer on.

    I owe one £3400 another £4000 was trying to pay £60 -£70 to each of them a month . Was missing payments at the that rate .

    I just wanted to echo what others have said we have been with Payplan for three years and due to illness it will still take us 12 years to pay off our debts through Payplan, but neither of us worry any more because Payplan deal with all our creditors for us. We think they are brilliant.

    Can anyone confirm that if i ask for a copy of the signed credit agreement , and it is not sent within 12 days the company cannot inforce it ? Also would collection agencies accept a reduced settlement figure ? i ,ve been offered 25% reduction .
