Booking issues with Norwegian cruise line

I am due to go on a seven night cruise with NCL in a couple of weeks but have been having trouble ever since I booked.

Basically, I booked 31 days before the cruise to secure the free drinks package from their free at sea promotion but there is no mention of it on my booking and they are still advertising on my account to add it on for another $1000+ :eek:

I've been trying to contact them ever since the day I booked but get no response. Have tried by email, phone (they were so rude!), social media, the CEO's addresses - everything.

I've never been on a cruise before and this was booked for a big birthday (after a lot of saving!) so it's not like we can just pay the extra for the drinks package - I don't have that kind of spare cash!

Does anyone know anything about getting in touch with them or any other action we could take? To be honest, I'm at the point where I wish we could just cancel the whole thing - I wish I'd paid more attention to the 100's of terrible reviews before booking

I did think about trying to cancel through the card provider but I guess that would be a long shot!

I just really can't see anything stopping us getting the offer?
