help please? outlook locked up

Hi guys have a slight problem with me email account as I'm away in Latin America and outlook/hotmail is a bit bonkers and thinks Im a scanner ad won't let me use my account. It keeps asking me to obtain a code on another e mail then I input the code and it asks all sorts of personal questions which I answer except my bank account details then it either says not enough info or too many attemps even when I only tried it for a second time. Any deas if I can contact anyone direct or just give up. but all my contacts are on hotmail!!

seems like it's after my bank account details for some reason!!

when i try the contact details it just goes to the input code before you can contact us so catch 22 really.

Sounds like a virus to me. Asking for your bank account details ... seriously worrying. If you don't already have it on your computer, download Malwarebytes and run a scan.
