Re: Need advice on choosing a Dongle or MIFI

Hi,

I need recommendations on a type of dongle or MIFI to possibly start an online business and also do other things as well such as possibly watching movies and searching the internet.

Thanks

Mobile broadband is relatively expensive and relatively slow if you want to be watching movies over it - that's quite a high-bandwidth requirement. Searching is virtually nothing, and "starting online business" doesn't really give any information - if it's just a web site, you won't be hosting it over the mobile broadband in any case.
  • Grumbler is right the wireless Dongle OR Mifi Connections usually has high latency and pings with unstable speeds while the Landline Connections have much better pings and latency to run an online business i would prefer a land line connection
  • Thanks, appreciate the replies. My main reason for wanting to have a dongle or MIFI is that I would like to do matched betting at my partner's address. He is already doing matched betting, so we can't have two accounts on the same isp, or can we as long as we have different home addresses and account details?

I think I could use his computer to run an online business and watch movies.
