The prize draw is operated by LMnext UK Limited (the “Promoter”) at 77 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8JS.
There will be three winners (each a “Winner”), and each Winner will win a prize consisting of a pair of return Eurostar tickets (one leg of the journey being in Standard Class and the other leg being in Standard Premier Class) valid on Eurostar’s direct services from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford to one of the following destinations: (i) Paris; (ii) Lille; or (iii) Brussels, (the “Prize”).
Each Prize must be used by its Winner and a guest of their choice (who must be aged 18 or over). Each Winner must travel with their guest at all times, on both the outbound and return journeys.
Each Prize can be requested by its Winner on any dates in 2016, subject to availability. Peak dates are unlikely to be available.
Each Winner will receive a Eurostar Prize Certificate.
Each Winner must send Eurostar the original Eurostar Prize Certificate before reservations can be confirmed and tickets issued. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Eurostar International Ltd accepts no liability for originals lost in the post and recommend you send it back via Recorded Delivery.
Eurostar travel is subject to availability. You may not be able travel on the dates you would like.
No alterations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted by Eurostar after the reservation has been made.
The Eurostar Prize Certificate is not transferable or exchangeable nor can any form of cash or credit alternative be offered.
The Eurostar Prize Certificate is not valid for resale.
Eurostar International Ltd’s Conditions of Carriage apply to the Winners’ use of the Prizes, and may be obtained via the website: www.eurostar.com
The Prizes are supplied by Eurostar International Ltd, and Eurostar International Ltd does not accept any liability for elements of the Prizes other than the Winners’ (and their chosen guests’) travel on Eurostar.
Each Prize excludes all additional costs not included in the prize description, such as (but not limited to) accommodation, transfers, additional transport, insurance, visas and personal expenses such as food and drink.
By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is open to all United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) residents who are aged 18 years and over. The prize draw can only be entered via the lastminute.com Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Entrants can enter the prize draw on more than one of lastminute.com’s social media channels (Twitter & Facebook). Entry to the prize draw is limited to one entry per person per lastminute.com social media channel.
The prize draw is not open to employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its agents, the supplier of the Prizes and any other companies associated with the prize draw.
The prize draw starts on 4 February 2016 at 7am (GMT) and finishes on 14 February at 11pm (GMT) (the “Prize Draw Period”). No entries before or after these times will be accepted.
To enter on Twitter, entrants must: (i) either be a ‘fan’ of, or ‘follow’, the lastminute.com Twitter page at www.twitter.com/lastminute_com; and (ii) retweet lastminute.com’s Eurostar prize draw post, within the Prize Draw Period.
To enter on Facebook, entrants must: (i) either be a ‘fan’ of, or ‘follow’, the lastminute.com Facebook page at www.facebook.com/lastminute.com; and (ii) Like the post and tag a friend in the comments section of lastminute.com’s Eurostar prize draw post, within the Prize Draw Period.
Following the end of the Prize Draw Period, one Winner from each of lastminute.com’s Facebook and Twitter channels will be chosen at random (under independent supervision).
The Winners will be announced on the lastminute.com Twitter and Facebook pages on 15 February 2016.
The Twitter Winner will be contacted via Twitter, and must confirm acceptance of the Prize via Twitter by 9am on the 16 February 2016 by replying to the Twitter communication sent to them by lastminute.com. If the Twitter Winner does not confirm their acceptance within this time, the Promoter shall be entitled to conduct a further draw and award the Prize to another entrant.
The Facebook Winner will be contacted via Facebook, and must confirm acceptance of the Prize via Facebook by 9am on the 16 February 2016 by replying to the Facebook communication sent to them by lastminute.com. If the Winner does not confirm their acceptance within this time, the Promoter shall be entitled to conduct a further draw and award the Prize to another entrant.
The Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable with no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value.
The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s). Previous bookings made prior to and for travel during the validity of the Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for any ticket acquired under a Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right (acting in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or the spirit of the prize draw. In all respects, the Promoter’s decision is final.
By entering, the Winners on behalf of themselves and their chosen guest, agree to participate in any reasonable publicity that the Promoter may require.
The prize draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
